This group meditation also serves as the sampler for the Svaroopa Viday meditation training that will run in February, Tuesdays, the 9th,16th, and 23rd, also from 11:30am to 1pm. The training takes you deeper into the meditation practice, and makes you a comfortable daily meditator.
