SVAROOPA VIDYA MEDITATION– uses the mantra that dates back to the ancient Himalayan sages. Mantra is words repeated for a specific effect. The effect of this meditation is the inner experience of your own divinity, which then helps you to be less reactive, more confident, and more clear in your life. Bring a journal to put words to your inner experience.

MANTRA MEDITATION– Cultures through all time and across all the world have practiced this ancient art. Regardless of the language, the practice is the same and is referred to as “chanting.” The goal is to reach a deep state of meditation by chanting the mantra over and over again the traditional 108 times. To keep things simple I have chosen 6 common and relatively short yet effective mantras which we will chant together. Bring a journal so we can keep track of our thoughts.

SHAMATA MEDITATION– Will will describe and lead participants in how to navigate the 10 stages of meditation practice, from establishing a daily practice to experiencing the most profound potential of a concentrated mind.
