Body Shred with Irene

Thursday at 9:30 am

Pump Fushion on alternating Thursdays

What is Body Shred? This 45 minute class begins with exercise demonstrations followed by a 30 minute high intensity interval strength, cardio and core workout.  All levels are encouraged to participate!  You can go at your own pace.  You must arrive to class on time, no admittance to class once it has started.

Warrior Training with Dale

Monday at 6:30 pm

Saturday at 10:00 am (begins January 9th)

Looking for a new way to train?

Then this is for YOU!  Transform your body into warrior shape by using highly intense functional body movements.  Constantly varying the workout through different fundamental movements with minimal rest will prepare you for the ultimate test.  As a group train and eventually participate in a Spartan race in the Spring.
