I focus on posture, agility, quickness, strength-building and endurance. My aim is to increase clients’ energy and improve efficiency in everyday activities, while helping them tap into their inner child.
Leisure time activity:
Coaching youth basketball, travel, music, watching sports highlights with my twins, hiking, enjoying family and friends.
