October Group Meditation – October 23


Relieve stress through meditation.

Do you have a stressful job?

Are you feeling the pressure at home?

Meditation can help.

Meditation has been proven to lessen the physical, mental and emotional effects of stress.

Join us for group meditation on Friday evening, October 23, from 6:30 to 8pm.

Maureen Shortt, Yoga Director and certified meditation group leader will give a talk on meditation from the ancient yogic teachings and then lead the group into a simple mantra meditation. Mantra is sacred words repeated that have an effect on your mind and on your life.

Our group meditations are always free and open to anyone. Seating is comfortable. No yoga poses are done.
